• We offer antifog, silicone and non-silicone lubricants, antistatic, antiblocking, and denesting coating materials for the production of rigid packages based on APET, PS, PP, and PVC, applicable via roller and dipping processes.

• For BOPET films and flexible packaging applications based on paper and cardboard, we provide functional coating solutions delivering antistatic and antifog properties for the films, as well as moisture, oxygen, oil, and water barrier properties for these substrates. These products can be applied via rotogravure, flexo, roll, and air-knife coating processes.

• We provide solutions for extrusion and extrusion coating processes for the manufacturing of rigid packaging substrates based on APET, PVC, PP, and PS. Our product range consists of various functional masterbatches, primarily including slip, antimicrobial, and antiblocking masterbatches. 

• Our portfolio includes a comprehensive range of functional masterbatches designed for rigid packaging applications based on APET, PVC, PP, and PS. This product portfolio primarily includes slip, antimicrobial, and antiblocking masterbatches that enhance the performance and functionality of final packaging substrates. These products are suitable for use in extrusion and extrusion coating processes in rigid packaging production. 

• We also supply environmentally friendly solutions for film, extrusion, and injection molding processes. Our product portfolio includes bio-based (PBAT, PLA) lubricants, antiblocking agents, talc and mineral fillers, antimicrobial additives, and HALS-based anti-UV masterbatches and compounds. 

• We supply starting additive chemicals for PP, PE, EVA, PS, ABS, and PVC-based masterbatch and compound manufacturers. Our product portfolio consists of starting materials and intermediate chemicals such as antistatic, antifoging, antifoggant additives, GMS (glycerol monostearate), glycerol fatty acid esters, ethoxylated alkyl amines, and sorbitan fatty acid esters.

• In the field of environmentally friendly raw materials, our portfolio includes various functional additives, primarily palm oil-based additives (95% and 45% GMS) and bioplasticizers for PVC.

Cronogard is a patented and innovative environmentally friendly group of products from Nice Filler Srl. It is used in packaging applications to extend the shelf life of food. It is recommended for a wide range of foods, from fresh fruits and vegetables to meat, dairy and bakery products. By absorbing oxygen on the packaging surface, it prevents the formation of microorganisms and  biological deformation, thus extending the shelf life of the packed food.

It is applied to flexible packaging films such as BOPP, CPP, and PE via extrusion process.

For rigid packaging materials, it is applied to A-PET thermoform containers and cardboard packaging via coating process.

Cronogard product family complies with the EN 13432 compostable materials standard, the EN 13430 recycling standard, and the EC 10/2011 food contact plastics directive.
